Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in your inability to access or use the services. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify EatLo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.

Payment Information
You are expected to agree to pay for the service, and that EatLo may charge payments and any additional amounts (including any late taxes and fees, as the case may be) that may be owed by you or related to your account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for paying all fees to service providers using a valid payment method. We accept online payments via third-party providers that accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Meza, and Fawry cash. Refund and free-of-charge cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service provided. All policies are listed with each service individually. All refunds exclude transaction fees.

Fraud Disclaimer
Callvita LLC and its product EatLo shall not be held liable for any fraudulent activities carried out by users, vendors, or third parties. Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of transactions and safeguarding their personal and financial information. Any loss or damage resulting from fraudulent activities is the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

EatLo’s goal is to maximize the use of technology to connect customers with food vendors through a seamless online ordering experience. Through its digital platforms, EatLo facilitates food delivery and pickup from participating restaurants.
